I’m a Brain Health and Performance Strategist, Multi-Business Owner, Keynote Speaker, and mom of 2.
After completing my Master's Degree specializing in Neuroscience and Human behavior, I spent 10 years as a high performer in Cybersecurity Sales, while raising 2 young kids. After multiple cycles of burnout, I realized that "self-care" alone wasnt working...
So I built a neuroscience-backed framework that fuses brain science & longevity with resilience & performance.
